Q. How does the process work?
A. Once you purchase the logo design of your choosing, you will receive an email asking for you to fill out a short questionnaire asking for your business name, slogan (if any) and any color change. I'll then design and send you the proof. Once that proof is approved, I will send you the logo design files.

Q. What is a HEX color code?
A. Hex color codes start with a pound sign or hashtag (#) and are followed by six letters and/or numbers. The first two letters/numbers refer to red, the next two refer to green, and the last two refer to blue. The color values are defined in values between 00 and FF (instead of from 0 to 255 in RGB). If you are not sure how to find the HEX color code of the color you want, a simple screenshot should suffice. 

Q. What is the turnaround?
A. Typical turnaround is 1-2 business days at the most.

Q. What is the difference between a pre-made logo template and a custom branding package?
A. Our pre-made templates are hand-crafted designs available for immediate purchase and quick customization. These are perfect for businesses needing a professional look on a shorter timeline. Our custom branding packages involve a deep strategic dive, including industry research and multiple original concepts tailored specifically to your business goals and target audience.

Q. What if I need help with more than just a logo?
A. We offer comprehensive brand expansion services, including business card layouts, website graphics, and marketing collateral to ensure your brand remains consistent across all platforms.

Q. What file formats will I receive?
A. For custom projects, you will receive a full suite of professional files, including high-resolution PNGs and JPEGs for digital use, as well as vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF). Vector files are essential because they allow you to scale your logo to any size—from a business card to a billboard—without losing quality.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Once the design process is started, there are not returns considering it is a service that is being offered.
